  • An authorization letter must be issued to you by AeroVape PH before returning any merchandise. Failure to receive the following could result in the forfeiture of refund or exchange.
  • Cancellation of orders can be within 5 working days upon date of purchase. Once a confirmation is given and services has been offered by AeroVape PH you are no longer eligible to cancel your order.
  • A working day is considered to be any day here in the Philippines except for Saturday, Sunday and any Philippine declared holidays.

  • Warranty is not covered by improper usage of the items bought from AeroVape PH.
  • If there are any damages please report it to us within a 24 hours period from date and time it was received.
  • Your right to refund the product will only be valid once it was returned in the same condition as it was received. This shall include the packaging and other documents included. Extensive care must be given to the products while they are in your possession


  • Please keep in mind that domestic shipment in the Philippines can take 2-5 days from date of shipment depending upon the courier chosen by the client.
  • If you qualify for a refund please give us 2-3 days from the time we have received the merchandise.
  • An email or text notification will be provided via email once we received and processed the returned item.
Step 1 : Determine the problem
  • Before you contact AeroVape PH please do complete the following details appropriate to your circumstance
  • If goods ordered from the website once received are damaged kindly take a photo then immediately proceed to Step 2.
  • If item received was different from the order you made kindly double check the invoice included in the package. If there was a mistake immediately proceed to Step 2
  • If you think something was missing from the order please check the packing materials used inside the parcel or box. If there was a mistake immediately proceed to Step 2

  • The support team at AeroVape PH will determine how to better handle the situation and resolve the problem the soonest time possible. Please do wait for any response before taking any additional action.


  • Batteries are not covered by Refund and Exchange, all batteries are tested and checked before shipped out. Due to the nature of this products which is consumables they are not covered by refund and Exchange.
  • Scratches and Dents from imported products are not covered by Refund and Exchange ( They are factory sealed products ).
  • Please check the manual before using, The proper usage and handling of goods are customer’s responsibility.


  • All merchandise purchased with defects are returnable.
  • Returns valued over PHP 500.00 are entitled to an exchange or refund policy while as for products below the PHP 500.00 are for exchange for the same product or of like value.
  • For international orders : we declare the products at the lowest price possible to avoid high taxes being imposed by customs.
  • If products are damaged the shipping fee shall be shouldered by AeroVape PH but the return fee is shouldered by client.


  • All returned merchandise and expenses incurred will for stored credit or exchange only.
  • AeroVape PH will issue a store credit or replace merchandise at our expense if ever the merchandise received are damaged, defective or wrong product. On instances that AeroVape PH requests that damaged or wrong item be returned additional instructions will be provided by our support team. Shipping expenses will be covered by AeroVape PH.
